Sometimes a lineup comes along and you think, "Yeah, that's going to be great." And then it's that very Saturday when you experience something different. It's a shame, really, because on Saturday, August 23, the Gemeentehuisplein in Uitgeest is bursting with music, atmosphere, and conviviality.
A full afternoon and evening of live music. From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, "Music on the Square" awaits you – a summer afternoon full of live music, cool drinks, and a convivial atmosphere. On stage will be the Dutch pop band Wisdom of the Crowd (performing well-known sing-along songs and surprising original compositions) and none other than Peter Beense , the folk singer who turns every song into a party highlight. Look forward to: Hands up, singing along, and dancing until the last song.
I'm a little disappointed... If I could have, I definitely would have been there. Because that's exactly the Uitgeest moment you don't want to miss: sociable, cheerful, village-like, and musical. I wish everyone who's there a fantastic day—sing along?
