You won't have to look far for some of the tips. In fact, you only need to walk down the street accessible from Boutique Stay.

A few houses down, local residents Jessica and Roos are opening a cozy pop-up store this summer. It's not a big shop, not a major event, but a small initiative where beautiful clothes get a second life. And that's precisely what makes it so special.

Are you looking for something other than the usual shops during your stay in Uitgeest? Then this is one of those hidden gems that you usually only hear about from locals.


A cupboard full of beautiful finds

The idea came about quite simply. Jessica's passion for clothing has developed over the years into a well-stocked wardrobe. Many beautiful pieces deserve a new owner, and so she decided to organize a temporary pop-up store together with Roos.

You will find a surprising mix of clothing in sizes S to XL, shoes – mainly size 39 – and a beautiful collection of baby clothes.


From colorful Scandinavian designs to well-known brands

Hanging among the clothing racks are designs from the Scandinavian brand Gudrun Sjöden, known for its colorful prints and natural materials. You'll also find shoes from brands like Hugo Boss and Alexander McQueen.

In addition, there is a wide selection of baby clothes from brands such as Chloé, Donsje, Ted Baker, H&M and Zara.

Whether you consciously buy secondhand clothes, enjoy discovering unique garments, or are simply curious – it's a nice stopover on a morning in Uitgeest.


A tip that you won't easily find in a travel guide.

We at Boutique Stay love to share our favorite places with others. Not just the well-known hotspots, but especially the small, charming initiatives in the neighborhood.

A VIP morning will take place on August 4th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM . You can register in advance by sending Jessica a message to be added to the guest list.
