Have you always wanted to experience the authentic Dutch peat landscape from the water? On Sundays, July 13, 20, and 27, Landscape Noord-Holland is organizing a special boat trip through the Eilandspolder near Driehuizen.
Between reeds, marshlands, and mysterious oscillating moors, you'll discover the beauty of an ancient landscape. With a little luck, you'll spot meadow birds, peat mosses, ferns, and the rare marsh helleborine.
